Despite the high capacity, the MA8500 isn’t significantly bigger than average disposables at 105mm x 32mm. It uses a marble-style polycarbonate plastic body with a soft, comfortable mouthpiece.
It’s an auto-draw device, so just puff to vape. There’s a single LED light to indicate firing and battery status. The proprietary chipset provides consistent, smooth performance.
But the highlight is definitely the adjustable airflow, controlled by rotating the gold ring near the mouthpiece. This allows customization of the draw to your preference.
Unboxing the Mr Fog MA8500
The review units arrived in a fancy Mr Fog display case, but retail packaging is simple and effective. The disposable comes sealed in a foil pouch inside a color-coded cardboard sleeve.
It’s pre-charged so you just remove the mouthpiece plug and peel off the base sticker to start vaping. A lanyard matching the flavor color is a nice bonus.
The packaging clearly displays the key info like e-juice volume, nicotine content and authenticity codes. The only omission is the PG/VG ratio which would be nice to know.
Appearance and Design
The MA8500 is definitely on the larger size for a disposable vape. I personally enjoy the chunky, premium feel in the hand, but more compact options like the Fifty Bar or Puffmi MeshBox Mini are great alternatives if portability is priority.
Despite the size, the MA8500 remains comfortable and manageable. The tapered mouthpiece is ergonomic and the smooth finish won’t snag when removing from a pocket or bag.
Branding is subtle, with simple ‘Mr Fog’ text on one side and the name on the reverse. The bright colors and marble-style finish give the MA8500 visual pop.
Performance and Vape Experience
In testing, the MA8500 delivered consistently smooth, satisfying performance just as a premium disposable should. The auto-draw activation is quick and reliable. Nicotine delivery feels robust at 50mg strength.
Vapor production is plentiful, especially with the airflow open. The adjustable ring provides a range from a tight MTL draw up to a loose DTL. Take care when opening it fully due to the high nicotine level.
Flavor intensity is high across all options. The flavors taste clean and accurate to descriptions. Vaping experience remains consistent until the very last drop of e-juice.
But the real highlight of the MA8500 is the exceptional battery life and longevity. Life span exceeded 2 weeks of frequent daily use. I easily got a full day of vaping before needing to recharge.
By my estimate, the MA8500 falls within the advertised 8,500 puff rating. Less frequent users could stretch a single disposable to over a month!
The MA8500 recharges rapidly in under an hour thanks to the USB-C port. Pass-through vaping allows use while charging if you can’t wait.

Based on my extensive testing, the MA8500 absolutely lives up to its reputation as one of the longest lasting disposable vapes available today.
The outstanding battery performance and massive e-juice capacity provide weeks of use from a single disposable. Plus the adjustable airflow and robust flavor gives an experience similar to more expensive vapes.
Minor drawbacks are the limited nicotine options and small flavor selection currently. But overall the MA8500 delivers premium performance at an affordable price point.
