Today we’re taking an in-depth look at the brand new Mr Fog Switch SW15000, the latest disposable offering from the popular Canadian vape company Mr Fog.
Originally launching in 2018 with a line of tasty e-juice flavors, Mr Fog has since branched out into disposable vapes. We previously reviewed two of their disposables – the original Mr Fog Switch and the MA8500. Both fantastic devices, but the Switch really stood out as one of the best disposables available.
Naturally, we had high hopes for the new Switch SW15000. This rechargeable, multi-day disposable boasts 15,000 puff capacity, dual mesh coils, adjustable airflow and a nifty LED screen. It comes pre-filled with 12ml of 50mg nic salt e-juice and is available in 16 flavors.
Does the SW15000 build on the success of the original Switch? Let’s find out in this hands-on review.

Design and Appearance
Straight out of the box, it’s clear the SW15000 inherits the excellent aesthetics of the original Switch. The stylish box-mod design sports a two-tone color scheme, with one half a clean white and the other colored to match the flavor profile.
The branding is bold and colorful, with large printed lettering displaying the flavor name and Mr Fog logo. The colored side has an eye-catching marbled effect, striking the ideal balance between sleek and lively.
Like the original, the white side is glossy while the colored side has a textured matte finish for extra grip. The soft TPU mouthpiece is also borrowed from the first Switch disposable. It’s comfortable during extended vaping sessions.
New additions include the compact LED screen and boost mode button. The screen clearly displays the current mode, battery level and e-juice remaining. The boost mode button allows switching between 10W and 20W power output.
Despite the 15,000 puff capacity, the SW15000 remains surprisingly compact at just 90 x 55 x 25mm. The 12ml e-juice capacity and rechargeable battery are neatly packed into this small frame.
Charging is simple via the USB-C port, although pass-through vaping while charging is not supported. A full charge takes 50-60 minutes.
For adjustments, the wheel below the screen controls the airflow, allowing both MTL and RDTL vaping. The boost mode button switches between standard and high-power performance.
Overall, the design successfully improves upon the original Switch with handy new features while retaining the core aesthetic.
Performance
So how does the Switch SW15000 actually vape? In a word – fantastic. It fires instantly with each draw, ramping up smoothly without misfires. Nicotine delivery and throat hit are strong and satisfying.
Both flavor and vapor production punch above their weight. Each puff packs a dense, powerful blast of flavor that could rival many mid-range RDAs. Vapor output is thick and warm, well beyond what you’d expect from a disposable vape.
Cranking up the power to boost mode takes performance to another level. Flavor and vapor production get a significant boost at 20W power output.
The adjustable airflow also works perfectly, accommodating both tight MTL and airy RDTL draws. For me, the half-open setting provides the ideal compromise.
Battery life is impressive too. I’m getting just under 3 days per charge when exclusively using standard mode, or around 2 full days per charge if staying in boost mode.
My only real complaint is that I haven’t been able to achieve the advertised 15,000 puff lifespan. Vaping primarily in eco mode, I’ve been averaging 14-15 days of use before it runs dry, which equates to roughly 10,500 puffs at my current rate of 700 puffs per day.
While not quite hitting the 15k puff claim, it’s still outstanding longevity and performance for a compact disposable vape at this price point.
Flavors
The Mr Fog website currently lists 16 flavors for the Switch SW15000:
- Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade
- Pina Colada
- Banana Pancake
- Gold Edition
- Strawberry Dragon Fruit
- Grape Pomegranate Ice
- Strawberry Apricot Ice
- Peach Blue Razz Mango Ice
- Nasty Tropic
- Strawberry Berry
- Blue Raspberry Magic Cotton Ice
- Classic Mint Ice
- Guava Mango Peach
- Peach Lychee Ice
- White Peach Slushy
- Cola Gummy Ice
It’s a diverse selection spanning fruits, menthol, desserts and more unique flavor blends. I’ll briefly describe the 7 flavors I tested:
Strawberry Dragon Fruit – A perfect blend of sweet strawberry and earthy dragon fruit. The authentic strawberry pops while the dragon fruit provides a refreshing counterbalance. Delicious for summer vaping.
Guava Mango Peach – A fruity medley bursting with juicy peach, tropical mango and tangy guava. The peach and mango lead, while the guava leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Strawberry Apricot Ice – Sweet strawberry and tart apricot complemented by a blast of icy menthol. The apricot adds a nice layer of sharpness.
Strawberry Berry – A tasty but somewhat one-dimensional strawberry flavor. Great for strawberry fans but lacks complexity.
Blue Raspberry Magic Cotton Ice – Extremely sweet blue raspberry candy floss flavor with a hint of icy menthol. Definite favorite for those with a sweet tooth.
Grape Pomegranate Ice – Surprisingly enjoyable blend of sugary grape and bitter pomegranate, finished with a cooling menthol exhale. Leaves a nice fruity aftertaste.
Gold Edition – No flavor notes listed but seems to be a mix of fruity sherbet flavors. Powdery and sweet.
The flavors I tried were all packed with authentic, mouthwatering fruity notes. Even flavors I don’t normally enjoy won me over. It’s clear why Mr Fog built their reputation on e-juice.
Price
The Switch SW15000 currently sells for an impressively low $14.99. Outstanding value given the performance and features packed into this tiny device.
Based on my testing, each disposable lasts me around 15 days when vaping moderately. That equates to needing only 2 disposables per month, or $30 total – far cheaper than smoking!
While rebuildables can work out cheaper long-term, the SW15000 provides exceptional convenience and portability at a bargain price point.
Conclusion
The new SW15000 improves on the already impressive Switch disposable line. Performance, customization and convenience make this tiny vape a powerhouse.
Dense flavor, plentiful vapor, adjustable airflow and a handy boost mode provide an extremely satisfying vape experience. The compact design offers impressive battery life of 2-3 days per charge.
Minor quibbles aside, it’s an easy recommendation for those seeking a portable, customizable and affordable disposable vape. The Switch SW15000 delivers.
